Mihaela Carter, MD

Dr. Mihaela Carter is a highly accomplished physician, board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease, with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. Throughout her career, she has been known for her exceptional patient care, compassion, and dedication to her profession.​While her focus has traditionally been on medical treatment, Dr. Carter always had a keen interest in wellness and beauty. She believes that taking a holistic approach to healthcare is essential to achieving optimal health and well-being and has begun incorporating principles of wellness and beauty into her practice.
Dr. Carter is a firm believer in the power of self-care and encourages her patients to prioritize their physical and emotional health. She practices an active lifestyle by incorporating activities like mountain biking, road biking and skiing. She has a particular interest in anti-aging treatments and is committed to helping her patients achieve a healthy, youthful complexion through a combination of medical treatments and healthy lifestyle habits.​In addition to her medical work, Dr. Carter is an active member of several professional organizations and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in her field.​ Dr. Carter received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iuliu Hatieganu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center in New York and fellowship in Infectious Disease at University of Maryland Medical Center. She currently practices in Columbia, MD and Ellicott City, MD.

As a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner, Crystal DeBeary brings commitment to exceptional patient care to our practice. With a strong background in bedside nursing as well as outpatient provider, Crystal believes in building strong relationships with her patients. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, thoroughly explain treatment options and empower them to actively participate in their aesthetic journey. When she's not caring for patients, Crystal enjoys being active, advocating for health education, and spending quality time with her family. Her warm and approachable demeanor, combined with her clinical excellence, make her a trusted healthcare provider and a valued member of the team.
